Harlow Council and Harlow Police are working hard to tackle anti-social behaviour such as litter, rubbish and fly-tipping, graffiti and vandalism, nuisance neighbours, intimidation and harassment, rowdy behaviour, abandoned vehicles, street drinking, aggressive begging, crack houses and drug dealers, prostitution and kerb crawling. If you've witnessed or experienced anti-social behaviour, ring the 'It's Your Call' phone line on: 0845 605 2222 If you have a mobile phone, send picture messages of graffiti and other crimes that affect the environment to the anti-social behaviour team on 07739 888558. Please enter the keyword 'Harlow' and then details of the crime and location. You can also report issues online by using the Report It section of www.safer If there is an emergency, always call 999.
